• Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be given in the cases where customers did not receive any response in the chat or in the cases of technical error. No refunds will be given if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the chat.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2 weeks after approval.
• Certain products/services may be non-refundable like subscriptions already used.
